Purchases & Consumer Rights

Consumer and Business Purchases

This page explains the purchase conditions that apply to digital products and project-based services provided by Global Core Analytics, operated by NEQA Group AB.

Global Core Analytics is established in Sweden. Our purchases and services are primarily governed by Swedish law and by the specific terms presented before purchase or agreed for an individual project.

Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

The statutory consumer rights described on this page apply when an individual purchases primarily for purposes outside their business or professional activity.

Where a product or service is purchased mainly for a company, professional activity, freelance activity or other business purpose, the purchase is generally treated as a business purchase. In those cases, the agreed Sales Terms, proposal, project agreement and other contractual conditions apply instead of statutory consumer protections intended specifically for private consumers. Swedish distance-contract law defines a consumer as a natural person acting mainly outside business activity.

Digital Products

Global Core Analytics sells pre-produced digital educational products, including downloadable guides, PDFs and self-study material.

Digital products are supplied electronically. They are not physical products and cannot be physically returned.

A digital product is considered supplied when the customer is given access to the content or to a suitable means of accessing or downloading it.

The relevant product page describes the product's format, subject, intended level, main content and any specific technical requirements before purchase.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

Consumers purchasing online normally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Different rules apply to digital content delivered electronically.

Global Core Analytics provides its downloadable digital products for immediate delivery.

Before immediate delivery begins, the customer must expressly agree to:

  • immediate delivery of the digital content; and
  • the statutory right of withdrawal ending when delivery begins.

Once the required consent has been given, the purchase has been confirmed and access to the digital product has been provided, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. Swedish law expressly provides for this exception for paid digital content.

Accordingly, a delivered digital product is not refundable merely because the customer:

  • changes their mind;
  • decides not to use or complete the product;
  • later decides that the subject is not suitable for them;
  • finds the material more technical or difficult than expected; or
  • purchases the product but does not make use of it.

The order confirmation will record the relevant purchase and immediate-delivery information.

Delivery and Access

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, digital products are provided electronically following successful completion of the purchase.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and for ensuring that they have a device and software capable of opening the stated file format.

If the purchased file has not been delivered, the wrong file has been supplied, or access cannot be obtained because of a problem with our delivery, the customer should contact:

hello@globalcoreanalytics.com

The customer should not purchase the same product a second time before allowing Global Core Analytics an opportunity to investigate the original order.

Problems With a Digital Product

If a customer reports a technical or delivery problem with a digital product, Global Core Analytics will assess the issue.

Where appropriate, our first action will be to correct the issue, restore access or provide the relevant digital product again.

For digital content, Swedish law generally gives the supplier the opportunity to remedy the problem or make a new delivery where this is possible and reasonable.

If the issue cannot be resolved, any further remedy will be handled in accordance with the purchase agreement and applicable Swedish law.

What Is Not Automatically a Product Fault

Global Core Analytics products are educational materials. Purchasing educational content does not guarantee a particular personal, professional or commercial result.

The following do not, by themselves, constitute a defect in a digital product:

  • the customer finding the subject difficult;
  • the customer requiring more practice than expected;
  • the customer deciding not to complete the material;
  • the customer expecting content or services that were not included in the product description;
  • the customer lacking required access to third-party software or platforms;
  • the customer not achieving a particular job, income, business result, certification or technical result;
  • the customer's own configuration, website, account permissions, hardware, software or internet connection preventing an exercise from being completed; or a customer expecting individual consulting, implementation or tutoring where this was not included in the purchased product.

The content supplied will be assessed against the product and conditions actually purchased.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided simply because a customer changes their mind after a digital product has been validly delivered and the applicable withdrawal right has ended.

Where an issue is reported, Global Core Analytics will first determine what has occurred and whether the issue can be corrected.

Where applicable Swedish law requires a price reduction, repayment or another remedy, the matter will be handled accordingly. Swedish law provides correction or redelivery as primary remedies for qualifying defects in digital content, with price reduction or termination applying in specified circumstances.

Where no statutory or contractual refund right exists, Global Core Analytics may, at its discretion, offer a commercial solution such as replacement access, store credit or a discount code.

Any such offer is voluntary and does not create a continuing entitlement to the same solution in future cases.

Third-Party Platforms and Technical Changes

Global Core Analytics educational material and project services may involve third-party platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Shopify, consent-management platforms and other external software upon agreement.

Third-party companies control their own platforms and may change their:

  • interfaces;
  • features;
  • APIs;
  • tracking behaviour;
  • permissions;
  • integrations;
  • documentation; or
  • technical requirements.

A later change made by a third-party platform does not automatically mean that a Global Core Analytics product or completed project was defective when supplied. Products may be identified by edition, publication date or version where appropriate. Where applicable law requires an update to digital content, those requirements remain unaffected. Swedish digital-content rules contain specific provisions concerning necessary updates.

Project & Implementation Services

Global Core Analytics also provides project-based analytics, technical implementation, auditing, configuration, troubleshooting and related services. Project work is separate from our downloadable educational products.

Project Scope and Price

Before a project begins, Global Core Analytics and the customer will normally agree in writing on the relevant:

  • scope of work;
  • expected deliverables;
  • price or pricing structure;
  • technical requirements;
  • customer responsibilities; and
  • any other material project conditions.

The confirmed proposal, quotation, order, statement of work or other written agreement defines the project scope. The agreed price applies to the work included within that scope. Work that falls outside the agreed scope is not automatically included in the original project price.

Project Phases

Projects are normally carried out in stages so that implementation can be reviewed and validated as the work progresses.

Depending on the project, the process may include:

Scope confirmation → Review → Implementation → Testing → Validation → Handover

Global Core Analytics will provide relevant updates during the project and, where appropriate, explain significant changes that have been made before progressing to the next stage.

This process is intended to keep the implementation clear and structured.

A project-stage review is not an opportunity to introduce unlimited additional requirements. Requests that materially change the original scope may require a revised quotation, additional fee or separate project.

Changes to the Agreed Scope

If the customer requests work that was not included in the original agreement, Global Core Analytics will determine whether the request can be included within the existing project or must be treated as additional work.

Examples may include:

  • additional tracking events;
  • additional platforms or integrations;
  • new dashboards;
  • additional websites or domains;
  • newly requested functionality;
  • substantial changes to an approved implementation;
  • troubleshooting unrelated systems; or
  • work resulting from changes made after the original scope was confirmed.

Where additional charges apply, the customer will be informed before that additional work is carried out.

Customer Responsibilities During a Project

The customer is responsible for providing the access, information, communication and cooperation reasonably required to complete the agreed project.

This may include access to websites, analytics properties, tag-management systems, ecommerce platforms, consent-management systems or other relevant accounts.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to grant such access.

Project delivery may be delayed where required information, access, approvals or cooperation are not provided.

Global Core Analytics is not responsible for delays or technical limitations caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Project Completion and Handover

A project is considered completed when the work and deliverables included in the agreed scope have been performed and the project has reached the agreed handover stage.

At handover, Global Core Analytics may provide relevant documentation, explanations, testing information or recommendations depending on the project purchased.

Any work not included in the agreed scope remains outside the completed project unless separately agreed.

Two Included Post-Project Reviews

Unless otherwise stated in the individual project agreement, eligible completed implementation projects include two post-project reviews at no additional charge.

These reviews are provided to verify that the original implementation continues to operate as intended following completion.

The two included reviews must be used within 90 days from project completion.

Unused complimentary reviews expire when the 90-day period ends.

A post-project review may include verification of the original agreed implementation, such as confirming that relevant tracking, events or data transmission continue to operate as expected.

The included reviews do not include:

  • new functionality;
  • new tracking requirements;
  • new integrations;
  • redesign work;
  • additional implementation;
  • changes to the original agreed scope; or
  • correction of issues caused by subsequent changes made by the customer, another supplier, a third-party application or an external platform.

Any such work may be quoted separately.

Reviews After 90 Days

After 90 days from project completion, further reviews, monitoring, troubleshooting or maintenance are chargeable unless they are included within an active ongoing-support agreement.

This applies even where one or both complimentary post-project reviews were not used during the original 90-day period.

This support policy does not limit any rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Website and Platform Changes After Completion

Analytics and tracking implementations depend on the technical environment in which they were created.

Changes made after project completion can affect an implementation that previously worked correctly.

This may include:

  • website redesigns;
  • Shopify theme changes;
  • installation or removal of applications;
  • checkout changes;
  • consent-banner changes;
  • changes to Google Tag Manager;
  • changes to Google Analytics;
  • code changes;
  • changes made by another developer or agency;
  • platform updates; or
  • changes to third-party integrations.

Where a later change causes an existing implementation to stop working or requires the implementation to be modified, the resulting investigation or adjustment is normally treated as new support or project work.

Global Core Analytics is not responsible for maintaining, monitoring or repeatedly reconfiguring a completed implementation unless ongoing support has been purchased or separately agreed.

Ongoing Support

Customers whose websites or technical environments change regularly may choose to purchase ongoing support where such a service is available.

An ongoing-support agreement may cover agreed monitoring, reviews, troubleshooting or maintenance.

The exact scope, frequency and price of ongoing support are governed by the specific support agreement purchased.

Work outside that agreement may be charged separately.

Problems With Completed Project Work

If a customer believes there is an issue with work performed by Global Core Analytics, the customer should contact us with details of the issue.

Global Core Analytics will assess whether the issue relates to:

  • the original agreed project work;
  • a later change to the customer's website or technical environment;
  • a third-party system;
  • work performed by another person or provider; or
  • functionality that was never included within the original scope.

Where the issue falls outside the original scope, additional investigation or correction may be chargeable.

Where the issue concerns the original work and Global Core Analytics has a contractual or legal obligation to address it, the matter will be handled in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable law.

Withdrawal From Project Services

Different withdrawal rules apply to services than to immediately delivered downloadable digital products.

Where a project or service is purchased online by a consumer, a statutory withdrawal period may apply.

If the customer expressly requests that Global Core Analytics begin the service during the withdrawal period and subsequently exercises a valid withdrawal right before the work has been completed, the customer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the work already performed, provided the applicable statutory requirements have been met.

Where a paid service has been fully performed after the consumer expressly agreed that work could begin and acknowledged that the withdrawal right would end upon full performance, the statutory withdrawal right can end when the service has been fully completed.

For business customers, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply in the same way and cancellation is governed by the agreed project terms.

No Guarantee of Commercial Results

Global Core Analytics provides analytics, implementation, technical guidance and educational services according to the scope purchased.

We do not guarantee:

  • increased sales;
  • increased website traffic;
  • advertising performance;
  • revenue growth;
  • specific conversion rates;
  • employment;
  • certification;
  • platform approval; or
  • any other particular commercial result,

unless such a result has been expressly guaranteed in writing as part of the specific agreement.

Analytics data can also be affected by consent choices, browser restrictions, ad blockers, platform limitations, third-party systems and other factors outside Global Core Analytics' control.

Customers Outside Sweden

Global Core Analytics is established in Sweden and our contractual terms are primarily based on Swedish law.

For international purchases, Swedish law applies to the extent permitted by applicable rules.

Where mandatory consumer-protection rules in another country apply and cannot legally be excluded by agreement, those mandatory rules remain unaffected.

Within the EU, choosing Swedish law cannot in relevant consumer cases remove mandatory protections that would otherwise apply under the law determined by EU conflict-of-law rules.

Sales Terms

This page provides a summary of the purchase rules relevant to Global Core Analytics digital products and services.

The complete contractual conditions are contained in our Sales Terms, together with any product-specific conditions, project proposal, quotation or separate written agreement.

Where a specific project agreement has been entered into, that agreement also forms part of the contractual terms for that project.

Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
